Very friendly, warm and helpful. My wife and I rented trekking e-bikes and the staff made use a great route even though we only did half of it due to stopping and taking a lot of pictures. We also stored our luggage the day before and it felt very secure and safe. When we come back to Penzance we will definitely rent bikes, get a coffee and pick their brain about the area all over again. Thanks Ride On!

Absolutely the best fun to be had in Penzance The super 73 bikes are awesome Guys in the shops were super helpful Would recommend everyone gives these bikes a go!!!

We rented 2 ebikes for 9 days to travel in Cornwall. It was a perfect way to discover Cornwall. The bikes made our holidays! We took them in Penzance and we handed them in in St Austell. Also very helpfull and friendly staff.
