Very friendly, warm and helpful. My wife and I rented trekking e-bikes and the staff made use a great route even though we only did half of it due to stopping and taking a lot of pictures. We also stored our luggage the day before and it felt very secure and safe. When we come back to Penzance we will definitely rent bikes, get a coffee and pick their brain about the area all over again. Thanks Ride On!

The guys at Ride On were the best to deal with. We hired 2 e bikes for 3 days and they gave us the best deal, texted places to go and when one of the bikes got a puncture the night before we were due to return them, Anthony came with a new bike and when he realised we had to return them that morning, Anthony rode the bike back to the shop and came back with a van for them both to save us the trouble. He even took our suitcases with him to the shop so we could spend a couple of hours before our train without lugging them with us. Great, friendly and professional service all round. Thank you team. In 3 days we managed to ride to Lands End, St Michael's Mount and St Ives as well as around Penzance. It was a great experience and easy on the e bikes. Highly recommend Ride On if you're looking to hire e bikes in Penzance. See you next time I'm in town. Carole & Phil

We rented 2 ebikes for 9 days to travel in Cornwall. It was a perfect way to discover Cornwall. The bikes made our holidays! We took them in Penzance and we handed them in in St Austell. Also very helpfull and friendly staff.
