We deliver throughout the UK only. For all items other than bikes, we aim to dispatch within 24
hours by Royal Mail, except orders placed at the weekend, which will be dispatched on Monday.
For e-bikes that are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 72 hours. All bikes are assembled, checked
and packaged before being sent by courier. A tracking number will be issued to you once the bike
has been dispatched.
For e-bikes that are on back order, please get in touch with us to discuss delivery times before
ordering.
Mainland UK delivery: £100 per bike. If you are outside of the UK mainland, please get in touch with
us to discuss delivery costs.
Delivery within Cornwall: Free
Goods may not be returned without the prior written agreement of ‘we’ the Seller, ‘RideOn E-bikes.’ We shall only accept returned Goods if it is satisfied that those Goods are defective and that such defects would not be apparent on inspection.
We shall have the option of either replacing defective Goods within 30 days of receipt of them under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 or we shall refund to the Buyer the Price for those Goods which are defective.
Goods returned to RideOn E-bikes in a condition not fit for resale will be subject to appropriate costs and the Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for these costs.
We shall not be liable for defects arising out of normal wear and tear, the Buyer’s failure to follow any instructions given by the Seller, misuse or alteration of the goods, negligence, wilful damage or any other act of the Buyer, its employees, agents or any other third party.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014, we offer a 14 day return policy for B2C (Business to Consumer) orders from the webstore www.rideonebikes.co.uk. The item(s) needs to be unopened and in perfect resalable condition. The Buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods to notify the Seller of their intention to cancel the order. The cost to return the goods will be the responsibility of the Buyer (unless item(s) are faulty).
The Seller will require the Buyer to provide:
RideOn E-bikes reserves the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe on examination of the returned Goods, that they exhibit use.
All products returned to RideOn E-bikes are checked by our returns department. If the Buyer is entitled to a refund, we will refund the price of your item(s). Returns are usually processed within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will refund the amount to the same payment method the order was originally paid with.
