A gentle route bursting with beautiful scenery and glimpses of the ‘real’ Cornwall.
This route will take you past the Jubilee Pool—Penzance’s Art Deco Lido—then on to enjoy a leisurely flat section taking in the stunning views of Mounts Bay. From here you will ride into Newlyn, the UK’s largest working fishing port, where you can explore the busy quay and watch the beamers ready themselves for another ocean trip. Sample fresh fish, crabs, and other salty delights while seeing how a Cornish village lives, works, and breathes its environment.
Onwards again with the archetypal Cornish Village of Mousehole, your final destination. On the way you will see the previous home of the Penlee Lifeboat, the launching site of the tragically ill-fated Solomon Browne Lifeboat. Then, explore Mousehole by the best means possible—e-bike! You’ll see what we mean when you snake through the narrow lanes and alleys.
