Adam Hart a year ago Very friendly, warm and helpful. My wife and I rented trekking e-bikes and the staff made use a great route even though we only did half of it due to stopping and taking a lot of pictures. We also stored our luggage the day before and it felt very secure and safe. When we come back to Penzance we will definitely rent bikes, get a coffee and pick their brain about the area all over again. Thanks Ride On!

Koen Vanhellemont 6 months ago We rented 2 ebikes for 9 days to travel in Cornwall. It was a perfect way to discover Cornwall. The bikes made our holidays! We took them in Penzance and we handed them in in St Austell. Also very helpfull and friendly staff.
